Senior Homes Foundation of Eastern Washington was organized to:
*Provide for the ever-growing gap between our residents' financial needs and the cost of providing affordable housing and related services to ensure their continued well-being.
*Establish a guaranty fund to provide the necessary support to assist individuals whose economic resources are exhausted, maintaining the quality of life they deserve and have come to enjoy.
*Provide for building improvements, upgrade the existing communities, as well as support new building projects such as additional retirement communities, assisted living units, and adult-care homes.
*Provide a program endowment fund to ensure for the continued provisions of excellent programs and services for our residents.
*Provide an operating endowment fund to ensure for that extra level of confidence and security that will keep Lilac Plaza and Holman Gardens' operations among the finest in the area.
